A reader is an instrument of God's grace and proclaims His word for our Christian community. Being a reader nourishes personal spiritual growth as well as a keen awareness of the sacredness of the Mass. It inspires self confidence and provides one with a unique opportunity to actively participate in and contribute to the Liturgy.
